ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents to revoke the order of suspension issued by the first respondent on 14.07.2022 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 25.07.2022.

2. Mr.T.Seenivasan, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal in the admission stage itself.

3. The petitioner seeks for revocation of his suspension in this writ petition. G.O.Ms.No.81, Human Resources Management (N) Department dated 04.08.2022 has framed guidelines for revocation of suspension orders. The petitioner has already given a representation on 25.07.2022 to the respondents seeking for revocation of his suspension.

4. Heard Mrs.T.Dharani, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.Seenivasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

5. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider and pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 25.07.2022 in the light of G.O.Ms.No.81, Human Resources Management (N) Department dated 04.08.2022 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 25.07.2022 seeking for revocation of his suspension order dated 14.07.2022 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

7. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
