ASHA, J, This Court by order dated 25.11.2019 had allowed the application for bringing on record the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent and the applicant was directed to carry out amendments within a period of two weeks therefrom. Since there was a difficulty in tracing out the Original Petition, the petitioner could not carry out the amendments within the given time.

Therefore, he seeks for extension of time. The said request is acceded to and the amendment shall be carried out within a period of two weeks, from today.
