This petition is filed to condone the delay of 12 days in filing the above revision. 2.Heard the learned Counsel for petitioner.

3.Mr.G.Nithiyakumar, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent. He has got no objection for condoning the delay for the reason that the matter has been compromised and he is ready to file a compounding petition.

4.In view of the same, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
