The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 376 and 6 of POCSO Act 2012, in Crime No.11 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police and seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that though a complaint was received, after enquiry all further actions were dropped as against the petitioner and enquiry itself was closed on 30.08.2015.
