The petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.8906 of in Crl.O.P.No.11760 of 2024 dated 25.06.2024, the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a week ie., on every Saturday at 10.30 am for a period of four months.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioners had complied with the conditions without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
