ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to issue patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of the property comprised in old Survey No.286/1, New Survey No.585/7, situated at Asur Village, based

on the petitioner's representation dated 21.10.2020 within the stipulated time that may be by this Court.

2. The petitioner filed an application to the Chief Minister's Special Cell, Tamil Nadu in Petition No.2019/1056719/EX for issuance of patta. The same was accepted and it was replied that the petitioner is an eligible person to get patta and enquiry is being conducted by the respondents 3 and 4, with regard to issuance of patta and the same is evident from letter dated Na.Ka.A-61-2020 dated 13.01.2020 issued by the second respondent. Inspite of the same, the patta has not yet been issued to him.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.10.2020, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders with regard to the issuance of patta for the property comprised in old Survey No.286/1, New Survey No.585/7 situated at Asur Village, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
