The petition has been filed to relax condition 5(b) directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on every day at 10.30 a.m., and 5.00 p.m., until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18190 of 2024 vide an order dated 30.07.2024.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly for the past thirty-five days and that the investigation is also completed.

Considering that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and also considering that the investigation is also completed, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

Accordingly, ordered.
