This petition has been filed to relax the condition 6(b) imposed by this Court by its order dated 22.07.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.17305 of 2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for the past thirty-five days; that there are nine previous cases pending against the petitioner; and that the investigation is still pending.

3. Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and also taking into consideration the investigation is not yet completed, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first day of the English calendar month for a period of three (3) months.
