This petition has been filed to relax the condition of the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation imposed in Crl.O.P.No.16341 of 2024 dated 10.07.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by both side counsels and the fact that the petitioner is complying with conditions without fail and the investigation is almost completed, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first day of English Calendar month for a period of three months.
