Crl.M.P.No.12248 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.19214 of 2024 P. DHANABAL,J.

The petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.19214 of 2024 dated 08.08.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly; that no previous case is pending against the petitioner; and that the investigation is still pending.

Considering that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and also considering the nature of offence, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

Accordingly, ordered.
