The Original Petition filed under Section 372 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925, seeking for grant of Succession Certificate relating to the securities in the name of T.Ramkumar, who died intestate on 13.06.2010.

2. The 1st petitioner is his wife. The 2nd and 3rd petitioners are his daughters.

3. After following due procedure, the petitioners were directed to tender evidence.

4. Accordingly, the 1st petitioner examined herself as P.W.1. The Death Certificate of her husband, T.Ramkumar and the Legal Heirship Certificate were marked as Exs.P1 and P2. The documents relating to the securities were marked as Exs.P6 - P23 and P26 - P28. The Death Certificate of the mother of T.Ramkumar was marked as Ex.P24. The Power of Attorney given by the 2nd petitioner was marked as Ex.P25.
