This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner that he/she shall report before the respondent police once in a month till the filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, on all Court hearing dates before the trial Court, by order dated 18.12.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.19364 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.19342 of 2023.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side and taking into consideration of the fact that the investigation is completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
