ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above petition praying to investigate the case in Crime No.434 of 2023, dated 26.11.2023 and file final report within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. Though the case was registered on 26.11.2023, till date, the 1 / 3

respondents-Police have not filed the final report. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court.

3. In many cases, either any chain snatching or house breaking, the Police are not conducting the investigation in a speedy manner and in several cases, years together, the cases are pending and neither the Police have completed the investigation, nor recovered the stolen articles.

4. Therefore, the respondents are directed to expedite the investigation in Crime No.434 of 2023 and file charge-sheet within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of ths order.
