No representation for the petitioner. This Contempt Petition is filed complaining that the order passed in W.P.No.8058 of 2019 dated 21.03.2019 has not been complied with.

Cont P.No.1611 of 2019 after hearing the petitioner, the 4th respondent and other interested parties, if any.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up, learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with by proceedings dated 25.11.2019, wherein and whereby, the appeal preferred by the petitioner was rejected. A copy of the said order is also placed before this Court. If the petitioner is aggrieved against the said order, it is open to him to challenge the same in the manner known to law before the appropriate forum. Granting such liberty, this Contempt Petition is closed.
