ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 12.10.2021 for the offence under Section 302 IPC, in Crime No.190 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner/A1 who is the wife of the deceased was having illicit intimacy with A2. The same was questioned by the deceased. Hence, the petitioner along with A2 attacked the deceased with wooden log and murdered him. Hence, the mother-in-law of the petitioner has lodged the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is no way connected with the alleged offence and she has been falsely implicated in this case by her mother-in-law with ill motive and that the petitioner has been suffering incarceration for more than 60 days from 12.10.2021. Hence, he would pray for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned government Advocate (Crl. Side) would raise strong objection stating that the petitioner who is the wife of the deceased was having extra marital relationship with A2 and the same was questioned by the deceased. Hence, the petitioner/A1 and A2 murdered the deceased and that the investigation has not been completed. 5.On seeing the grave nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner and that the investigation has not been completed, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
