ORDER

The petitioner-Oriental Bank Of Commerce, represented by its Chief Manager-Mr.S.Elanseliyan, has filed this Contempt Petition for the alleged non-compliance of the directions of this Court in the order dated 21.03.2019 in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ __________

Cont.P.No.1678 of 2019 W.P.No.8016 of 2019, filed by it.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.Kamalesh Kannan, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the Contemnor/Respondent, submitted that in compliance of the directions of this Court in the order dated 21.03.2019 in W.P.No.8016 of 2019, the District Magistrate and District Collector, Kancheepuram, has passed an order in Rc.M3/22417/2018, dated 17.10.2019. He has also produced a copy of the said order before this Court, which is placed on record of the Court and one copy has been supplied to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. In view of the compliance of the directions of this Court, reported by the respondent, the present Contempt Petition stands closed.
