The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to calling for the records of the respondent in connection with the impugned order passed by the respondent in Na.Ka.Pa.A2/2480/2009 dated 18.10.2016 and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
