Prayer in W.P.No.16036 of 2022: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking a writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.03.2022 received on 11.03.2022 and take action to close down the operations of the 3rd respondent M/s.SS Hyderabad Briyani for not having necessary license and all further action in accordance with law and cancel the Hotel operative license granted to the third respondent in License Code;10133-001787/2021-22. 2. Today when the matter is taken up, it is represented by the learned counsel for the 3rd respondent that the parties have entered into a settlement. The 3rd respondent has also filed an affidavit to that effect, 2/4
undertaking to vacate and hand over the possession of the premises on or before 30.09.2023 without any reservation or condition whatsoever and also undertakes that he will not create any third party interest or any other impediment in the premises in question till the date of vacating and handing over the premises.
3. The learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner has also agreed the said submission.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent submitted that there are arrears of rent to be paid by the 3rd respondent and hence the first respondent shall be directed to grant "Trade license" till 30.09.2023.
5. In view of the above submission, the Writ Petitions stand disposed of in terms of settlement arrived at between the parties and the affidavit filed on behalf of the 3rd respondent shall form part of the order. 3/4

vum The 1st respondent shall grant "Trade license" to the 3rd respondent only till 30.09.2023. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
