This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction direction to the 1st Respondent police to transfer the pending investigation in Crime No.30/2023 on the file of the 2nd Respondent police to any other police station.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that investigation has been completed and a draft final report is also ready to be filed before the concerned Court.
