This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 23.09.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.22901 of 2022, wherein, this Court directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand Only) as non refundable deposit to the credit of " The Dean/Medical Officer, Government Medical College and Hospital, Krishnagiri" and that the receipt of such deposit shall be produced before the concerned Magistrate at the time of executing the bond.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to financial situations, the petitioner is unable to pay the entire amount of Rs.1,50,000/- as ordered by this Court and hence, seeks for modification of the condition.

3. Since the petitioner on his own volition agreed to deposit the said amount, anticipatory bail was granted and hence, in such circumstances, this Court finds no merits to modify the said condition.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed. However, time is extended by a further period of two weeks to deposit the amount.
