2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that on 12.01.2023, this Court directs the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Only) to the credit of Crime No.137 of 2022. He further submitted that petitioner has complied the order and produced the receipt before this Court.

3. In view of the above submissions, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 12.01.2023 is made absolute. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
