This Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed to recall the order dated 19.07.2023 made in Crl OP No.4661 of 2023.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

This Court is of the view that there is no ground to recall the earlier order passed by this Court. The nature of dispute that has been raised must be dealt with by the Execution court and the police cannot go into that issue and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition.
