CMP.Nos.18120, 18180 and 18176 of 2022 in S.A.No.952 of 2010 C.KUMARAPPAN,J.

Despite notice was served on the 3rd respondent, no one has appeared today. These applications are filed to implead the legal heirs of sole appellant. The application to implead the legal representatives of the deceased fourth respondent is also allowed today by way of separate order.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the contesting respondents have no serious objection, hence, these applications are allowed. Registry is directed to make necessary amendment in the appeal memorandum.

3. Ms.Zeenath Begum, takes notice for newly added party qua respondents in the Second Appeal No.952 of 2010.

4. The learned counsel for the appellant further submits that the notice sent to the first respondent returned with an endorsement 'died'. However, the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent are already on record as respondents 2 and 3. Therefore, the Registry is directed to make necessary amendments in respect of death of first respondent. A memo has also been filed to that effect and the same is taken on record.

5. Post the matter on 06.06.2024.
