The petition has been filed to relax the condition that "...3. the petitioners, except on the court hearing dates, shall report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of eight weeks.... imposed in Crl.M.P.No.10086 of in Crl.O.P.No.10797 of 2024 dated 15.07.2024.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly;

that no previous cases are pending against the petitioners; and that the investigation is also completed.

Considering that the petitioners are complying with the condition without fail and also considering that the investigation is also completed, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
