(Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) On 22.01.2024 in C.M.P.No.22749 of 2023 in W.A.SR.No.112589 of 2023 (condonation of filing delay petition), this Court passed the following order: "4. However, considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, which appears to be reasonable, this court is inclined to condone the delay, but subject to the condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- towards costs to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. Upon production of receipt for payment of costs, this civil miscellaneous petition stands ordered."

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner / appellant submitted that the order of this Court dated 22.01.2024 has been complied with. He has also filed a memo to that effect.

3. The aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner/ appellant is recorded. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post it for admission.
