ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the Principal Special Court under EDC & NDPS Act Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.4281 of 2022 order dated 20.09.2022 the condition "that he shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- and with a like sum, two acceptable and reliable sureties, one of them shall be government servant to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur and "that he shall appear and sign before the respondent police at 10.00 a.m. every day until further orders".

2. When the matter was called on 24.11.2022, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was ordered to be listed today i.e., on 01.12.2022.

3. Today also, when the matter was called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed for 'non prosecution'. 01.12.2022 sp 2/4
