The Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order passed by the Court below dismissing the application filed by the petitioner/defendant seeking to set aside the exparte decree under Order 9 Rule 13 of the Civil Procedure Code.

Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file appeal with condone delay petition. No costs.
