Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus to call for the entire records connected with the detention order of the 2nd respondent in BCDFGISSSV No.279/2022 dated 02.09.2022 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body and person of detenu namely Ramesh, S/o.Sekar, aged about 37 years detained in Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai, before this Honourable Court and set him at liberty forthwith. 3. In the light of the undisputed position, common submission is made that nothing survives in the captioned habeas corpus petition.
