(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We heard Mr.S.P.Sudalaiyandi, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.Kumaresan, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mrs.Veena Suresh, learned counsel for respondent 3 and Mr.A.Arun Babu, learned counsel for respondents 1 & 2.

2. The Government Order relied upon by the petitioner is already set aside by this Court and now, the same is the subject matter of consideration before the Apex Court.

3. In view of that, directions sought by the petitioner cannot be given. After the Apex Court decides the matter, the parties are at liberty to take further steps.

4. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.26110 of 2019 is closed.
