3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Additional District Judge cum Special Court for NDPS Cases, Coimbatore, to expedite the hearing in C.M.P.Sr.No.5025 of 2023 and complete the same, within a period of four

(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
