This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the FIR pertaining to the investigation pending in Crime No.167 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent herein and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed in C.C.No.1368 of 2021 before the learned XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.

4. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives for further consideration in this
