This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.18671 of 2022 on 11.08.2022 to stay at Vellore and report before the Inspector of Police, Pallikonda Police Station twice daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. for a period of four weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on the 1st day of every English calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
