2. The petitioners seeking quashing of complaint in C.No.225/DSP/ALGSC/TVLR/2021, dated 14.07.2021 stating that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

civil cases have been given as a criminal colour, the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in this case, an FIR came to be registered in Crime No.93 of 2021, dated 18.12.2021 for the offence under Sections 406, 417, 420, 465, 468 and 471 of IPC.

4.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these petitions with liberty to work out their remedy in accordance with law. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 5.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn and the liberty sought for by the petitioners is granted. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
