[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to produce the detenues namely Vijayalakshmi, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

wife of Mahendran and Ravindranath, son of Mahendran, before this Court and set them at liberty.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Mr.T.Kamalanathan, Sub Inspector of Police, Harur Police Station, Dharmapuri, is present before this Court.

3. On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenues viz., Vijayalakshmi and Ravidranath were secured by the police on 14.12.2021 and have now been handed over to the petitioner. The photographs were also produced showing the petitioner in the accompany of his wife and son.

4. In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
