JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) Mr.R.Vivekanandan, learned counsel for the appellant articulated his case in a cogent manner by stating that the appellant has not been permitted to participate in the enquiry proposed to be conducted by the first respondent.
2. The dispute between the appellant and the respondents 4 to 6 revolves around the right over selling of proceeds of paddy. Admittedly, the appellant filed a civil suit for partition and separate possession in O.S.No.33 of 2014 on the file of the Additional District Court, Tiruvallur. An interlocutory application was also filed and there was an order by the civil Court to deposit the sale proceeds of Rs.4,60,800/- to the credit of the said suit.

3. Since the civil dispute between the parties are pending before the competent civil Court and there is an interim order in I.A.No.82 of 2017 the writ Court relegated the parties to approach the civil Court for appropriate relief and this Court do not find any infirmity in respect of the said finding.
4. Granting liberty to the parties to resolve the issues through civil Court of law, /the writ appeal stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
