A.No.4364 of 2024 in C.S(Comm.Div.)No.107 of 2024 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J By this application, the plaintiff seeks leave to file a reply statement. In the affidavit in support thereof, the plaintiff states that allegations were made by the 1st respondent questioning the validity of the applicant's registered designs. In view thereof, it is stated that it is necessary to place relevant facts on record by filing a reply statement.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents has no serious objection to this application being allowed. He, however, points out that an appeal has been lodged against an interlocutory order.

3. Upon examining the reasons set out in the affidavit in support of this application and being satisfied that reasonable cause is shown, this application is allowed. Consequently, the Registry is directed to receive the reply statement of the plaintiff.
