The petitioner has filed this petition seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to issue patta vide acknowledgment CAN No.133351519790502 dated 29.07.2022 for petitioner's application No.2022/0103/06/296369 on the file of the 3rd respondent within a stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has made a representation dated 29.07.2022 before the third respondent, seeking to issue patta in the name of the petitioner. However, the said application has been rejected by the second respondent.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, no further adjudication is Page No.2 of 5

required in this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition stands closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
