The petition has been filed to amend the name of the petitioner as Sabarinathan instead of Sabarathinam in Crl.O.P.No.20220 of 2024 bail order dated 21.08.2024.

2. Considering the submission made by both sides and considering that the name of the petitioner was wrongly mentioned as Sabarathinam instead of Sabarinathan, this Court is inclined to allow this amendment petition. Accordingly, the Amendment Petition is ordered.
