This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tambaram on the first working day of every month at 10.30a.m., until further orders as imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31875 of 2024, dated 20.01.2025 in 1/4

Crl.M.P.No.679 of 2024 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tambaram in C.C.No.930 of 2011 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.1 at Tambaram in Crime No.687 of 2011 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side and finding that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions diligently, the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tambaram on the first working day of every month at 10.30a.m., until further orders as imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31875 of 2024, dated 20.01.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.679 of 2024 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tambaram, in C.C.No.930 of 2011 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.1 at Tambaram in Crime No.687 of 2011 on the file of the respondent police., is totally relaxed. All other conditions remain unaltered.
