This criminal original petition has been filed to issue a direction to transfer the investigation to some other agency to conduct further investigation on the complaint made by the petitioner dated 21.06.2019 before the 2nd respondent within stipulated time framed by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that petition enquiry was conducted and closed on 16.06.2023 in C.No.46/2022 on the file of the respondent police.
