This petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in crime No.7/2017 on the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Ambur, N.A.District against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 365 and 420 of I.P.C.

2. It is stated by the Government Advocate [Criminal Side] submitted that after investigation, negative report has been filed and RCS No.1 of 2018 has been served on the defacto complainant on 11.01.2018. In such view of the matter, nothing survives in this petition.
