This petition has been filed to restore the Crl.O.P.No.20047 of 2022 and Crl.M.P.No.13154 of 2022, which was dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 26.08.2022 and to restore the same.

2. It is seen that because of the non appearance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Crl.O.P.No.20047 of 2022 was dismissed for non prosecution. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner in person or through pleader.

3. Therefore, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
