ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed for directing the 3 rd and 4 th respondents to declare the petitioner's result vide registration No.20770483 and further direct to participate in the supplementary examination based on the email dated 25.06.2025 and 26.06.2025.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has sent an email communication to the respondents on 25.06.2025 and 26.06.2025 to declare the result. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that he wrote the exam only based on the order of this Court in W.P.No.8719 of 2025, dated 12.03.2025. It is contended that when the respondent had raised an objection in respect of lack of attendance, he has filed the writ petition. Based on the orders of this Court, he had participated in the examination. Therefore, according to him, the respondent is bound to publish the results.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents would strongly oppose the said contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner and would submit that if there is a representation submitted by the petitioner, the same will be considered on its own merits within a time frame fixed by this Court.

4. In such view of the matter, without going into the merits of the writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.06.2025 and 26.06.2025 and pass order according to its own merits and in accordance with law. The respondents are directed to dispose of the representation within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
