Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition 6(b) against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.19722/2021 in Crime No.119/2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S R.VELMURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 08.11.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.19711 of 2021 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner did not comply the condition imposed on him by order dated 08.11.2021.

4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
