Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble court vide order dated 16.11.2021, passed in Crl.OP.No.21332 of 2021 i.e. The petitioners shall report before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.GIRITHARAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.V.BALAMURUGANE, Additional Public Prosecutor For Puducherry on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.21332 of 2021 on 16.11.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, (Puducherry) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to that effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
