Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondent herein to relocate the Electric Motor Room in S.F.No.1703/9 in Sakkiliankadu, Banglapudur road, Kangeyam Village, Kangeyam Taluk which is obstructing the ingress and egress to the petitioner's property in R.S.F.No.728/13, Door No.120 and 121, Therkumedu, Sakkiliankadu, Banglapudur Road in Kangeyam Village, Kangeyam Taluk by considering petitioner's representation dated 19.02.2024. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the first and second respondents to relocate the Electric Motor Room in S.F.No.1703/9 in Sakkiliankadu, Banglapudur Road, Kangeyam Village, Kangeyam Taluk which is obstructing the ingress and egress to the petitioner's property in R.S.F.No.728/13, Door No.120 and 121, Therkumedu, Sakkiliankadu, Banglapudur Road in Kangeyam Village, Kangeyam Taluk by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.02.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, after conducting enquiry and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the second respondent, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
