Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider my representation dated 25.06.2025 and consequently, restrain the 2nd respondent from registering any document pertaining to the agricultural lands in (i) Survey No.367/1 Mavuthambathi Village, Coimbatore Taluk (ii) Survey Nos.439/1A, 439/1B, 439/2 Mavuthambathi Village, Coimbatore South Taluk (iii) Survey No.465/2, Coimbatore South Taluk Ettimadai 1/5

Village (iv) Survey No.141/1A Thirumalayampalayam North Village, Madhukarai Taluk.

ORDER

By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. In view of the order that this Court proposes to pass and also, the limited relief that is sought to be granted, notice to respondents 3 & 4 is dispensed with.

2. The relief sought in this writ petition is to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's Representation dated 25.06.2025 and consequently, restrain the 2nd respondent from registering any document pertaining to the agricultural lands comprised in (i) Survey No.367/1 situated at Mavuthambathi Village, Coimbatore Taluk (ii) Survey Nos.439/1A, 439/1B & 439/2 situated at Mavuthambathi Village, Coimbatore South Taluk (iii) Survey No.465/2 situated at Coimbatore South 2/5

Taluk Ettimadai Village and (iv) Survey No.141/1A situated at Thirumalayampalayam North Village, Madhukarai Taluk (hereinafter referred to as "subject lands").

3. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 & 2.

4. As agreed by the learned counsel on both sides, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's Representation 25.06.2025, before proceeding to register any document pertaining to the subject lands.

5. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
