This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation in Crime No.193 of 2016 pending on the file of the respondent to some other investigating agency. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation was completed and a closure report was filed as further action dropped in the year 2016. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the RCS notice was also served on the Defacto complainant. However, the case diary is not able to traced by the respondent police.

In view of the above, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a protest petition before the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Kancheepuram and work out her remedy in the manner known to law. 4.

This Criminal Original petition is disposed of with the above 2/4
