respondent Commission to dispose of all the 27 second appeals, within 30 days, filed by the petitioner, pending on it's file, which is described in para number 16 of the affidavit of this writ petition. 2.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to dispose of all the 27 second appeals which have been described in 16th paragraph of the affidavit of this writ petition, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if not already disposed of. 3.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
