Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned G.O.Ms.No.92 dated 29.02.2016, Health & Family Welfare Department and quash the same in so far as the same enabling the second and third respondents authorities to retain the original certificates of the petitioner and other PG students till they complete the bond 1/3
condition of rendering two years of Government service as per the bond obtained from the petitioner while granting admission into Post Graduate Medical Course and consequently direct the respondents authorities to return the original certificates of the petitioner viz., SSLC Certificate/mark sheet, Higher Secondary Certificate/Mark Sheet, MBBS Degree certificate, mark sheets, medical council registration certificate, CRRI training completion certificate, community certificate, transfer certificate, conduct certificate as well as the Post Graduate Degree certificate within a time to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER
The writ petition has been listed under the caption "for withdrawal" on the basis of the letter dated 31.10.2019 given by the learned counsel for the petitioner before the Registry. Learned counsel for the petitioner sought to withdraw the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.21666 & 21667 of 2017 are also dismissed. No costs.
